CAD SPPID - Draftsman

Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?The CAD SPPID Draftsman is part of the hierarchical organization, reporting directly to Head of Department Process as direct discipline superior.In a project execution environment, the primary responsibility of the Draftsman is to efficiently execute the work packages, using the applicable drafting tools and assist the Process Lead Engineers to deliver the work within contractual framework, quality, and schedule and overall cost effectiveness, in order to meet the overall project desired results.

General

• Ensuring quality of drafting as per job manual & QA checklist requirements
• Proven ability to execute within the Project time-lines and work with least supervision.
• Demonstrate expertise for drafting using various drafting tools (SPPID/AUTOCAD/Smartsketch), takes ownership and sense of responsibility to deliver within the project time schedule
• Generates report for MTO and line list from SPPID. HSE, QA/QC
• Executes applicable scope of work in compliance with the requirements of the HSE Management System and IMS for the discipline/project.
• Ensures that the documentation is prepared, checked and approved according to Project Quality Plan and ready to be released by the respective Lead Engineer.
  

PROJECT CONTROL / COORDINATION

• Communicates to the Lead Engineer status and progress of project’s scheduled deliverables.
• Communicates man-hour spent.
• Records and communicates all changes to original scope. DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE
• Drafting of new PIDs and correction of PIDs as per Job / Air Liquide standards and based on working PIDs.
• Report Generation for MTO, Line List etc.
• Clean up project set up at start of work as per User standards.
• Tool proficiency - Smart Plant P&ID - SPPID , Auto-CAD , Smartsktech
