India's gems and jewellery market contributed around 7% to GDP and 14% to India’s total merchandize export in February’21 with a market size was at US$ 78.50 billion in FY21. The jewellery industry in India is largely driven by individual family owned small to medium size businesses. Thus, the Group anticipates that there is scope of development of large retailers / brand in jewellery industry in near future. The venture will benefit from the retail experience, knowhow and trust build over the years with various ABG Luxury Retail Brands. It will also be able to harness the people, technical and operational capabilities from Group’s retail arms. CAD/3D Design models Creation
- Create CAD models for customer order jewellery.
- Understand customer preferences, including gemstones, metals, styles, and design direction.
- Develop 3D CAD models with precise attention to proportions, symmetry, and aesthetics.
- Ensure all customer order CAD designs meet required quantity, quality, and timelines.
 
Research & Technique Development
- Evaluate alternative CAD solutions to improve efficiency.
- Analyze new design attributes and develop innovative techniques.
- Research possibilities and create new development options.
 
Development of New Techniques & Mechanisms
- Innovate and develop new jewellery techniques, locking mechanisms, and settings.
- Test and refine new techniques, settings, and mechanisms for superior product output.
- Monitor and follow up with vendors on sample, POC & concept cracking & its development.
 
CAD Training & Vendor Development
- Improve vendor CAD files and optimize mechanisms for production.
- Resolve complex design issues while ensuring compliance with NPD standards.
- Train and guide vendors on implementing NPD standards.
- Address and resolve technical challenges raised by vendors in CAD.
