Description: We are looking for a qualified CA / CS professional to manage financial accounting, statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and expertise in legal & financial frameworks. Key Responsibilities For CA (Chartered Accountant): Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports. Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filing, audits, and statutory compliance. Handle bookkeeping, general accounting, and monthly/annual closing. Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors. Evaluate financial risks and implement control systems. Oversee payroll, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and government norms. For CS (Company Secretary): Ensure company compliance with MCA, ROC filings, and corporate laws. Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, and statutory registers. Handle annual returns, board meeting documentation, and secretarial audit. Maintain communication with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Monitor compliance with company policies, legal updates, and governance standards. Assist in corporate restructuring, share allotment, and legal documentation.
