Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Ensure timely and regular communication with students regarding classes, progress, and concerns.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure timely academic delivery and address student needs.
• Maintain student engagement through online platforms and follow-ups.
• Conduct daily or periodic mentor sessions to provide academic guidance.
• Offer motivational support and help students stay focused and confident.

Weekly Tasks:

• Plan academic sessions in coordination with faculty in advance.
• Share weekly performance and engagement reports with the Academic Head.

Monthly Tasks:

• Plan and coordinate monthly

  Mock Exams

  for all batches.
• Schedule and conduct

  Mandatory Question Practice Sessions

  in class (minimum 3 per month).
• Analyze student performance in Mock Exams and provide batch-wise feedback and assistance.
• Assist with uploading results and other evaluation-related documentation.
• Prepare and share monthly reports on student progress and engagement.

Monthly Deliverables:

• Compile

  subject-wise MCQs

  for practice and revision.
• Provide

  personalized academic assistance

  after analyzing mock exam results.
• Prepare

  PPTs for recorded sessions

  to be used for revision and reference.
• Design and distribute

  mind maps

  to simplify complex concepts for students.
• Ensure consistent implementation of in-class question practice sessions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  or completed

  CA Inter

• Strong knowledge of CA curriculum (Foundation, Inter, or Final)
• Prior experience in academic mentoring, coordination, or teaching preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and support students across various academic stages
• Comfortable with tech tools for managing sessions, presentations, and student engagement
