Key responsibilities:-

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Taxation and Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with local GST laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements applicable to the automotive industry.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related documents accurately and within the specified timelines.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory requirements related to financial transactions and reporting.

Strategic Financial Planning:

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, investments, or expansions.

Assist in developing financial models, business plans, and investment proposals.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Ensure effective coordination and collaboration within the finance department and other departments within the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
