Role Description

• Act as single point of contact with Promoter

• Have understanding and conducted financial and legal due diligence

• Have dealt with VC, PE on behalf of client

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements

• Have worked with various outlets for Debt financial

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies

• Manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders I

• mplement and maintain effective financial controls

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Mandatory exposure of START-UP clients.
