The Role:

qualified Chartered Accountant with a flair for data analytics

What You'll Do:

• Work with large datasets across clients to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or red flags
• Analyze patterns in accounting and business data and surface actionable insights
• Assist the Audit & Assurance team in deep dives and reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize and improve reporting workflows
• Create visual dashboards or reports to communicate your findings
• Support tech/data team in improving data structures when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of experience
• Completed a certification or course in Data Analytics / Data Science
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Good with SQL or willing to pick it up fast
• Strong analytical and logical thinking — you love finding the “why” behind the “what”
• Someone who enjoys fast-moving environments, takes ownership, and works well in ambiguity
• Bonus: Experience working with startups or tech-first companies
