As a Buying and Merchandising Executive at Kidbea, you will be responsible for selecting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales trends to optimize product performance. You’ll collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure strong product-market alignment. Key Responsibilities Source and select new product lines based on market trends and customer demand. Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including price negotiations and order management. Plan product assortments and forecast demand in alignment with sales targets. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid overstock or stockouts. Analyze sales data to make informed merchandising decisions and improve performance. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure seasonal relevance and product appeal. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or product planning. Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the kidswear market. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
