Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Facility Management
  • Oversee daily operations of all indoor & outdoor amenities, including:
  • Swimming pool & kids pool
  • Gym, steam room, massage room, changing facilities
  • Indoor kids play area, caf , recreational games (pool, carrom, chess, table tennis)
  • 3 guest rooms & 2 party halls
  • Outdoor sports: football field (3/5-a-side), basketball half court, volleyball court, enclosed cricket pitch, running track
  • Ensure 5-star level upkeep, cleanliness & safety standards across facilities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, housekeeping, landscaping, and security teams.
  • Monitor AMC contracts, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance.

Resident Experience & Community Engagement
  • Act as the face of the Club House, ensuring warm, personalized interactions with residents and guests.
  • Curate and manage events, tournaments, fitness classes, kids workshops, cultural programs, and seasonal festivals.
  • Oversee booking & operations of guest rooms, party halls, and caf ensuring hospitality-grade service standards.
  • Gather resident feedback and implement improvements continuously.

Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team including front office associates, caf staff, lifeguards, trainers, housekeeping, and event coordinators.
  • Conduct regular training & service refreshers to maintain premium service levels.
  • Build a culture of resident-first service orientation.

Financial & Administrative
  • Manage budgets, operating expenses, and revenue generation from guest rooms, caf , and events.
  • Prepare MIS reports, occupancy data, and usage analytics for management review.
  • Implement SOPs, checklists, and service standards to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health & safety regulations, and RERA norms.

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong background in hospitality/club operations, ideally in luxury hotels, premium clubs, or large-scale residential developments.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to engage with diverse residents.
  • Leadership ability to manage large, multi-functional teams.
  • Event management and lifestyle programming experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and service-driven approach.
