Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Development

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities for wellness services (preventive health checks, diagnostics, nutrition, physiotherapy, wellness programs, etc.).
  • Develop strategies to increase footfall, corporate tie-ups, and patient conversions.
  • Create and execute monthly revenue plans and achieve growth targets.

Corporate & Hospital Tie-ups

  • Build partnerships with corporates, gyms, clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and community groups.
  • Conduct corporate wellness camps, health talks, and screening programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Doctors, and Partner Organizations.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and BTL activities.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs, awareness drives, and wellness events.
  • Work with marketing team for branding, creatives, and campaign content.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor service quality and coordinate with operations/clinical teams.

Operational Coordination

  • Support center operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Track daily/weekly performance metrics: leads, enquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and revenue.
  • Prepare business reports and share insights with management.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze competitor activities and local market trends.
  • Identify new product/service opportunities: wellness packages, preventive screenings, memberships, etc.
  • Support pricing strategy and package development.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in healthcare/wellness/diagnostics/hospital sales preferred
  • Ability to manage B2C & B2B business
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
