We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive speciality test sales in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology (OG) segment. The role involves promoting advanced diagnostic tests to OG doctors, maternity hospitals, fertility centers, and women’s health clinics, ensuring business growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Revenue Growth Drive sales of speciality diagnostic tests (Prenatal, Genetic, Hormonal, Maternal Screening, NIPT, AFP, Newborn tests, etc.). Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify high-potential OG clinics, maternity hospitals, fertility centers, and IVF specialists. Expand the customer base through structured territory planning. 2. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with OG doctors, clinic administrators, and hospital decision-makers. Provide scientific explanations and value propositions for specialty tests. Conduct regular follow-ups for referrals, order closures, and business retention. 3. Field Activities & Doctor Engagement Schedule and conduct daily doctor visits (minimum 12–15). Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, awareness programs, and clinic-level activities. Ensure visibility of products through marketing materials and educational content. 4. Product Knowledge & Training Stay updated on OG test panels, prenatal screening advancements, and diagnostic technologies. Provide product training to clinics and nursing staff. Communicate clinical benefits and interpretation guidelines to healthcare providers. 5. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with the lab operations team to ensure timely sample pickup and TAT. Address customer issues, test queries, and report-related escalations. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence regularly. 6.
