Bussiness Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: This includes researching government initiatives, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential partnerships with industry, training providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Developing and implementing business development strategies: This involves creating plans to expand the reach and impact of the skill development project, including strategies for outreach, marketing, and partnership development. Building and maintaining relationships: This includes establishing strong connections with government officials, industry leaders, training partners, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for the project. Driving enrollment and engagement: This involves developing and executing strategies to attract participants to the skill development programs and ensuring their active participation and completion. Monitoring and evaluating project performance: This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and reporting on the progress of the project to ensure it is meeting its objectives. Preparing proposals and presentations: This involves creating compelling proposals and presentations to secure funding, partnerships, and support for the project. Negotiating and closing deals: This includes negotiating contracts and agreements with partners and stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Staying informed about government policies and regulations: This is crucial for ensuring that the project aligns with relevant policies and regulations and for identifying potential opportunities or challenges.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
