Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager (Female) to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a fearless attitude toward public interactions and presentations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and traveling to attend meetings and events on behalf of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Generate new business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with clients and partners.
• Represent the company at business events, conferences, and client meetings (requires travel).
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills — no stage fear.
• Confident personality with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability and willingness to travel to other locations for meetings and business purposes.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
