We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead marketing and sales initiatives for Rakshit Tandon’s Computer Book Series and other educational publications across schools in Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our school network, appointing dealers/distributors, and ensuring brand visibility at institutional and retail levels. Promote and market Rakshit Tandon’s Computer Book Series and other academic titles to schools, principals, and decision-makers across Punjab. Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in all key districts of Punjab. Achieve targeted sales growth and establish long-term business relationships with schools, book sellers, and education boards. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, school visits, seminars, and presentations in coordination with the head office. Monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and submit regular performance and visit reports. Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Must have a network of school contacts or dealer relationships in Punjab. Ready to travel extensively within the state. Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.
