About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Nagercoil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and approach potential clients to generate new business leads.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or products/services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve brand visibility and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
• Local market knowledge of Nagercoil and surrounding areas preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
