To expand our business reach and generate consistent leads, we are looking for a dynamic Online Bidder who can help us grow through platforms like IndiaMART, Freelancer, Upwork, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by bidding on IndiaMART, Freelancer, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and pitch suitable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, build long-term relationships, and close deals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper project understanding and delivery scope.
• Identify potential leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
• Maintain regular reports of bids, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive in an IT or software development company.
• Strong knowledge of website development, mobile app development, and IT services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Ability to analyze client requirements and create professional proposals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on IndiaMART, Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other lead generation portals.
• Good understanding of current IT trends, software technologies, and app development lifecycle.
• Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
