Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our client base and driving business opportunities.

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, online platforms, and networking
• Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements
• Regular client follow-ups and relationship management
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
• Coordinate with the internal design/project team to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in cold calling & lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in client handling, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Ability to understand client needs and convert leads into projects
• Good coordination and project management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
