Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our company. Your goal is to reach out to aspiring students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right educational programs. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who loves talking to people and hitting targets.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective students through cold calling, social media, and database management.
• Consultative Sales: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly enrollment goals to earn performance bonuses.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in Sales or Education Counseling (Freshers with great communication are welcome!).
• Communication: Fluent in Malayalam with a persuasive personality.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.
• Mindset: A "go-getter" attitude with the ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Schedule

• Day shift (9.30AM – 5.00 PM)
• Monday to Sunday (Rotational Weekoff)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
