Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities in corporate, industrial, commercial, and institutional segments.
  • Generate and convert leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, and field visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close sales.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable surveillance solutions.
  • Handle client queries, follow-ups, and post-sales support coordination.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Create sales reports, forecasts, and monthly performance updates.
  • Work closely with the internal operations & technical teams for order processing and installation support.

4. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, access control devices, biometric systems, and related security products.
  • Educate customers on technical features and value propositions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
