We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Support Associate to join our Education Department . The candidate will be responsible for lead generation through phone calls, following up with potential clients (schools, colleges, and students), converting leads into business, and maintaining communication records. The ideal candidate must have strong Tamil and English communication skills , with a working knowledge of MS Office and email communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads (schools, colleges, training inquiries) to promote educational programs. Explain offerings such as drone workshops, internships, certification courses, and industrial visits clearly and convincingly. Generate and follow up on leads, maintain a call log, and convert prospects into confirmed participants. Handle incoming inquiries via phone or email and provide timely responses. Coordinate with the education and operations team for scheduling and program updates. Draft and send formal emails, proposals, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate data records of leads, clients, and follow-up actions. Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and business closures. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English . Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or sales is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email drafting. Confidence to speak with decision-makers from educational institutions. Ability to work independently and in coordination with the internal team. Organized, goal-oriented, and good at maintaining records and follow-ups.
