As a Business Development Executive at Mad Men Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of driving agency growth by building partnerships with marquee clients across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, fashion, and consumer categories. This is not just a sales role—it’s about strategic acquisition, consultative relationship-building, and creating long-term retainers that define the future of our agency.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who thrives in pitch rooms, loves networking, and takes ownership of building the next wave of client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new brand partnerships for both retainer and project-based work
• Build strong pipelines of prospective clients across categories relevant to agency capabilities
• Lead high-impact pitches, proposals, and presentations—translating agency strengths into business wins
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to design customized solutions for clients
• Maintain and grow C-suite and senior marketing relationships with potential partners
• Track performance of acquisition campaigns and refine approach for stronger conversions
• Mentor junior brand acquisition executives and help build a strong acquisition function

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client acquisition or business development within a creative or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of Agency services (branding, creative, digital, influencer, production, AI-led marketing)
• Confident in presenting and closing large-ticket retainers with marketing heads and CXOs
• A Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive who thrives on responsibility and ownership
• Looking for a long-term career growth path rather than a short-term role

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Client acquisition or business development within a creative or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of Agency services (branding, creative, digital, influencer, production, AI-led marketing)
