Flow Interio has made a mark in the designing and home decor business by providing exceptional interiors that resonate with the city's preferences. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - **Leadership & Team Management:** - Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse sales team, including Sales Executives and Sales Managers. - Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are met. - Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. - Provide training and development to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, offering constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans where needed. - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet both short-term and long-term revenue goals. - Ensure effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies are in place. - Analyze market trends and competitors, and adapt sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - **Sales Reporting & Forecasting:** - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted results. - Ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, opportunities, and results through CRM and other reporting systems. - Monitor and report on sales metrics, ensuring targets are being met, and make adjustments as needed. - **Collaboration & Coordination:** - Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotional activities. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of interior projects. - Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior management, providing feedback and insights on client needs and market trends. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales in the Interior industry or related field. - Proven track record in managing and leading sales teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Strong understanding of the interior design market, trends, and client needs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets consistently. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset. - A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,
