Business Transformation Coordinator

As a Business Transformation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Transformation and New Business. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives and assisting in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be managing calendars, emails, and communications for the Director while also preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Additionally, conducting research and analysis to support business decisions, facilitating collaboration between teams and departments, and supporting planning and execution for business development activities will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Director of Transformation and New Business - Coordinate with stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives - Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities - Manage calendars, emails, and communications for the Director - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed - Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions - Facilitate collaboration between teams and departments - Support planning and execution for business development activities - Travel across India as required to support business objectives Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in business development or coordination activities - Any degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field) - Excellent documentation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools In addition to the above, the company provides food and Provident Fund benefits.
