As a Security, Performance and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the protection of information systems, data, and assets from internal and external threats. Your role involves leading a team of security professionals, developing security strategies, implementing policies, and driving security initiatives. You will develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with project requirements and regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and NIST. Identifying and assessing security and performance risks, you will lead security initiatives, including the development of security policies and procedures. Regular security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits will be conducted to address potential threats and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Performance tuning, optimization of systems and applications, and implementing monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks will be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to integrate security and performance measures into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your skills should include in-depth knowledge of security best practices, performance tuning, regulatory standards, risk mitigation strategies, and security controls implementation. Experience in security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits are required. Working closely with legal and privacy teams to address data protection requirements is essential. Qualifications for this role include a B.E./B. Tech in any specialization or MCA, relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM, and at least 8 years of experience in IT systems development projects. Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Hindi is preferred. Travel and work across various states in India may be required.
