Business Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Tala TV, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. Your daily tasks will include team management, agency onboarding, reseller and merchant onboarding, host & KOL onboarding, conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and preparing reports to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Establish strong client relationships - Develop strategic plans - Collaborate with marketing and product teams - Manage teams effectively - Onboard agencies, resellers, merchants, hosts & KOLs - Conduct market research - Track industry trends - Prepare reports to drive business growth Qualifications: - Strong connections with agencies and hosts across India - Experience in market research, strategic planning, and onboarding of resellers and merchants - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports - Knowledge of the entertainment or media industry is mandatory, with prior experience in streaming platforms - Proven ability to work independently and onsite in Malaysia - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - Five or more years of experience in business development or related roles,
