Business Systems Analyst - Technology IT

As a Business Systems Analyst at Signant Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting a specific business unit by understanding their processes, identifying problems, developing IT solutions, and improving execution. Your main goal will be to optimize the company's productivity and ensure project and program success from start to finish. - Understand the business processes and key strategies of the business unit to identify problems and improvements that IT systems and processes can address. - Advocate for Enterprise IT services and business units" needs to deliver better solutions. - Elicit and document business and system requirements clearly. - Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure stakeholder buy-in. - Conduct business process modeling and generate scenarios for functional testing. - Provide business solutions and collaborate with Enterprise IT and business unit stakeholders for implementation. - Manage projects for implemented solutions and ensure quality and timely delivery. - Administer key applications supporting the business unit. - Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, including 3rd party vendor support. - Bachelor's degree in business analysis, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, solution development, or application administration role. - Exceptional self-leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. - Strong documentation, process mapping, and communication skills. - Excellent verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple business relationships and projects simultaneously. - Keen attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to develop and present detailed business cases for various audiences. - Passion for digital improvement and optimization of business. - Global experience collaborating with teammates worldwide. - Business Analyst Certifications.
