Job Description

As a dynamic Business Systems Analyst at Zendesk, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Go-To-Market Operations and Professional Services teams to lead key initiatives for the organization from discovery to implementation. Your hard-working nature and strong Salesforce background will be essential for successfully implementing SaaS solutions. **Role Overview:** - Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market Operations teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement major projects on the Salesforce platform and other related SaaS systems. - Manage a project portfolio focused on launching new products and developing solutions for the sales organization. - Engage with a global team of technical developers, IT application owners, and business partners to drive cross-functional projects. - Utilize a combination of standard functionality and custom development to address business challenges. - Implement and integrate third-party applications on the Salesforce platform and standalone SaaS applications. - Ensure thorough testing of all solutions before deployment, including facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business partners. - Explore opportunities to work with the Zendesk infrastructure & products along with other applications in the company's stack. - Utilize Workato as a middleware between systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 2-4 years of Salesforce experience. - Possess Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) along with other relevant certifications like Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant. - Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting enterprise solutions on the Salesforce platform, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and production cutover. - Experience managing systems to support enterprise sales organizations. - Effective communication skills to engage with a diverse audience of business and technical partners. - Proficiency in DataLoader, Workbench.io, and MS Excel for data manipulation. **Nice To Have:** - Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based selling models. - Experience with Zuora Billing or similar platforms. - Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Copado, or Workato would be beneficial. Please note that Zendesk requires candidates to be physically located in Karnataka or Maharashtra for this role. The hybrid work model offers a blend of onsite collaboration and remote work, with the requirement to attend the local office for part of the week.
