Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for Oracle Fusion and Power BI reporting projects.
• Translate business needs into detailed

  functional specifications, data models,

  and reporting requirements.
• Conduct

  workshops, gap analyses, and impact assessments

  to support solution design.
• Collaborate with

  solution architects, developers, and data governance teams

  to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
• Support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  and deliver

  training sessions

  for end users.
• Maintain and update

  business process documentation, functional specs, and change logs.

• Ensure alignment with business goals, data governance standards, and project timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , with at least

  3 years in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion

  or ERP data/reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of key

  data domains

  — Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master.
• Proficiency in

  Oracle Fusion

  and

  Power BI

  platforms.
• Excellent

  communication, documentation,

  and

  stakeholder management

  skills.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies and

  requirements management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of

  business analysis tools and techniques

  such as process modeling, use case modeling, and requirements elicitation.

Preferred Certifications

• CBAP

  ,

  CCBA

  , or equivalent certification in Business Analysis.

• Power BI

  CIMP

  , or related data analytics certification.
