Job Description

Business Systems Analyst HR Technology (Project Management Focus)

Contract to Perm initially 3-6 months

We will start with 90 days and go from there basis performance and business needs.

This position will operate during business hours aligned to either GMT or EST time zones.

What Youll Do:

Lead system enhancements, workflows, integrations, and portal improvements
• Partner with business teams, configuration specialists, and vendor partners • Facilitate requirements, user stories, process mapping, and documentation • Support project plans, timelines, and RAID logs using PMI/Agile practices • Coordinate testing, UAT, and release readiness • Ensure compliance with data, audit, and privacy standards
