Job Title: VRV/VRF Sales Engineer / Sales Manager Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan), Delhi-NCR Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Head of Sales Division Experience Required: 3-7 years in HVAC Project Sales (VRV/VRF) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented VRV/VRF Sales Engineer/Manager to lead the sales efforts for premium HVAC systems including VRV/VRF systems from leading brands (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG). The candidate will be responsible for generating business from consultants, architects, contractors, and end clients, as well as managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for VRV/VRF HVAC systems. Establish strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, PMC firms, contractors, and clients. Conduct technical presentations, site surveys, and propose suitable VRV/VRF solutions as per project requirements. Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Negotiate terms and close orders profitably. Track project pipelines, tender submissions, and follow-ups to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with the service and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to generate market visibility. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred). Proven experience in VRV/VRF HVAC sales with sound technical knowledge of system design and application. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of HVAC drawings, HVAC load calculations, and BOQ preparation. Ability to independently manage clients and drive business development initiatives. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. Preferred Experience: Experience with premium HVAC brands (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung). Existing client base or contacts with consultants, architects, or contractors in the region. Familiarity with commercial and residential high-rise project environments such as malls, hotels, hospitals, IT parks, or villas. Remuneration: Salary no bar for the deserving candidate. Performance-based incentives and sales commission.

Job Title: HVAC Service Sales Manager (AMC & Retrofit Projects) Department: Service Sales / Aftermarket Sales Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan), Delhi-NCR Reports To: Head of Service Division Job Purpose: To drive revenue growth through the acquisition of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), retrofit projects, system upgrades, and other aftermarket services for HVAC and MEP systems. The Service Sales Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing service-related business to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable profitability. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Develop new business opportunities for AMC contracts, retrofit works, and energy efficiency solutions in HVAC/MEP sectors. Generate leads through existing clients, cold calls, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Prepare and present tailored AMC proposals, retrofit solutions, and energy optimization packages. Conduct technical site surveys to assess equipment condition and identify potential opportunities for upgrades or improvements. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients including building owners, facilities managers, property managers, and consultants. Act as the main point of contact for key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers for sourcing equipment and solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals for service contracts and retrofit works. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop proactive sales strategies. Maintain an updated sales funnel, forecast pipeline revenue, and provide regular reports to management. Technical & Commercial Coordination: Work closely with the technical service team to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals. Ensure all service contracts are clearly defined in terms of scope of work, response times, SLAs, and pricing. Collaborate with operations teams for smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Contract Management: Oversee the timely renewal of AMC contracts and ensure high contract retention rates. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in HVAC/MEP Service Sales with a focus on AMC and retrofit projects. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HVAC aftermarket segment. Good understanding of HVAC equipment (chillers, VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, etc.) and MEP systems. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Technical knowledge of HVAC service and retrofit solutions. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills. Good commercial and financial acumen to structure profitable contracts. Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred: Familiarity with key HVAC brands (Daikin, Carrier, Blue Star, etc.).
