Cittabase Solutions is looking for Business System Analyst HR Analytics to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for informed decision-making.
Design and implement effective reporting systems to track key performance indicators.
Develop and maintain databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to increase efficiency.
