We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue up selling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Track customer feedback and work on improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and service history.
• Support the sales and service teams in achieving overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business support, customer service, or client relationship role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Chinese, Bengali, and other regional/international languages are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
