Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support to join our support team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking concepts and hold a valid CCNA certification. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network-related issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for network-related issues via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, router/switch configuration, and firewall issues. Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure maximum uptime. Assist clients in setting up and configuring network devices. Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary. Maintain logs of issues and solutions using a ticketing system. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up for all support cases. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and user experience. Document FAQs, solutions, and network setup guides for internal and customer use. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 1 year of work experience with Technical Support CCNA certification Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, and switching. Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Experience with troubleshooting tools like ping, traceroute, telnet, Wireshark, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Shift: Night shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC ?
