Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for

  Boom Barriers, RFID Readers,

  and associated hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware installation, configuration, communication interfaces, and performance.
  

• Conduct functional testing, performance testing, and validation of

  RFID readers, controllers, antennas, and boom barriers

  before deployment.
• Document test results and provide feedback to the engineering or R&D team for improvements.
  

• Support field teams with installation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems.
  
• Configure network parameters, communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS485, Wiegand), and device mapping.
  

• Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
  

• Train clients and field engineers on product usage, configuration, and maintenance.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate technical solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

  Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field

  .

• 13 years

  of hands-on experience with

  Boom Barriers, RFID Reader Systems.

• Strong understanding of RFID technology, including tags, readers, and software. Strong knowledge of networking, SQL, and system integration.
  
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/communication issues.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships effectively.
  
• Relevant certifications in RFID technology or technical support are a plus.
  

Note: This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
