About the Role

We are hiring to manage daily operations, client communication, and coordination between the technical and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multitasking in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain client quotations, project documents, and reports.
  • Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project updates.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and project status in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Draft emails, handle calls, and manage communication with professionalism.
  • Coordinate logistics and material dispatch for projects.

Required Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or technical background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive in task management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,270.35 - ₹15,154.88 per month
