Role Overview

As a Business and Strategic Ops Manager, you will support all business lines and serve as a front end for:

• Process excellence and business process re-engineering: Create and improve people and various processes. Work broadly involves doing RCAs on processes and using that to drive corrective and preventive actions / strategic projects to improve the business metrics in short and long term.
• Control Tower: Real time monitoring of all critical business metrics along with pre-empting and intervening any issues at early stage

This is a cross-functional role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments

and want to use technology with data led decisioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, analytics) to co-create solutions and drive business outcomes
• Design and execute experiments to test new ideas and identify the most effective approaches
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Identify roadblocks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely execution of critical projects.
• Define and refine program objectives, strategies, and execution plans
• Analyze key operational and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) OR Graduate from top technology institutes (IITs / NITs)
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or a similar role at a high-growth startup or tech company
