We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Noida

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships to drive company growth.

Location: Noida

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads

Pitch products/services to potential clients

Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets

Prepare and present business proposals

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of sales and CRM tools is an advantage

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
