Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Specialist located in Vishakhapatnam. The Business Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, performing complex analytical tasks, managing customer service processes, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The role requires strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth through strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and development strategies
• Solid understanding of Business operations and processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
