Business Sales Executive

Role Overview: You are a Business Sales Executive for a technologically advanced visitor, community, finance & asset management system designed to enhance security and convenience in gated societies. Your primary responsibilities include sales management, customer acquisition, pre-sales, and business development. You will generate new business leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication skills and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 1-3 years of proven track record in IT sales with the ability to meet targets - Conduct outbound calls and cold calling to generate leads - Business development interest for B2C/B2B software application products/solutions - Perform product demonstrations highlighting features, benefits, and solution value - Schedule virtual calls with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand business scope and expectations - Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities - On-board new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform as a key performance indicator for business development Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Hindi and English language, knowledge of regional language is a plus - Experience in Cold Calling and Lead Generation Additional Company Details: NoBrokerHood is a subsidiary of NoBrokerIndia, a prop-tech unicorn, with a 50% market share managing 25,000+ societies.
