What You’ll Do

• Drive

  B2B sales

  of dental consumables and products to clinics, dealers, and institutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with

  dentists, procurement heads, and distributors.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct

  product demos, workshops, and exhibitions

  to promote our product line.
• Identify new business opportunities and

  convert leads into long-term customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfilment, logistics, and payment collection.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and emerging market trends.
• Submit visit reports, update CRM data, and share insights with management.

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of

  field sales experience

  in dental, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of

  territory management and B2B business development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable with frequent travel.
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
