Job Description

As a Dental Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling dental consumables, equipment, and materials to clinics, hospitals, and dental institutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining relationships with dentists, distributors, and key decision-makers. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. - Conducting product demonstrations and participating in dental exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions. - Generating new leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into active customers. - Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. - Preparing daily visit reports, maintaining CRM data, and updating management regularly. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience in dental, medical, or healthcare products. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and CRM tools. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
