Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Sales Executive, based in Noida with the flexibility of some remote work. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to achieve targets. You will engage in customer service, address client inquiries, and provide tailored real estate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will participate in market research and strategy planning to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and meet or exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management experience, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Highly motivated and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other software relevant to the role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant work experience in real estate field preferred
