Business Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to expand our customer base.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

Provide regular feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

People with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Fluency in Malayalam and basic English is an advantage.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, quick learner, and result-driven attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
