Business Relations Manager

You will be responsible for leading the Study Abroad division in Cochin as a Business Development Manager. Your main focus will involve driving student enrollment, establishing partnerships with academic institutions, and expanding market presence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to meet enrollment targets, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, conducting market research, and participating in various educational events. Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders will also be crucial. Collaboration with marketing and counseling teams to generate quality leads, providing regular updates to senior management, and staying updated on study abroad trends and university admission requirements will be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, along with 3-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the study abroad or education consulting industry. Strong understanding of international education systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are required. Willingness to travel is a must. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with a performance bonus. The ability to commute/relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling. Fluency in English is required, and a valid driving license is necessary. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred. This position requires in-person work.,
