Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Business Recruiter will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational needs. Additionally, the role involves building strong talent pipelines, managing recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Strategy Development and Organizational Planning abilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Analytical skills to monitor and optimize recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
  • Experience with employer branding strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
