Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter and Advisor at HomeDesk. The Recruiter and Advisor will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, advising on HR practices, and providing ongoing support to employees. Additionally, the role involves maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with department heads, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
