About the Role:

Business Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate business opportunities from
RCF-Kapurthala, Rai Bareilly, and other government organizations
through IREPS etc.
Develop vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of procurement orders.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of supply chain requirements.
Monitor tenders, bids, and contracts on the GeM portal and ensure compliances.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and government guidelines.
Prepare MIS reports and documentation related to procurement activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business generation targets.

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.com degree
2 – 4 years of proven experience in procurement/business development.
Strong knowledge of
GeM portal operations
and IREPS.
Experience in government tendering and procurement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and related procurement software tools.
