The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, onboarding reliable vendors, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth inventory operations to support production and service teams. Key Responsibilities: Procurement / Purchase: Identify material requirements based on production and service needs. Raise purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases. Ensure timely procurement of LED components, electricals, and service tools. Vendor Onboarding & Coordination: Identify and evaluate new vendors. Onboard suppliers as per company process and documentation requirements. Maintain strong communication and working relationships with all vendors. Resolve supply-related issues and delays proactively. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of key materials and components. Coordinate with stores and production to forecast and plan material requirements. Maintain accurate stock records and reports. Ensure physical stock matching with system records and timely audits. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated records of purchase orders, quotations, and delivery notes. Generate reports related to purchase costs, stock movements, and vendor performance. Required Skills & Competencies & Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or inventory roles ERP Software exp mandatory (ERP Implementation exp. is Plus) Good negotiation and communication and Follow up skills Attention to detail and record-keeping Knowledge of inventory handling and reporting Familiarity with Excel &ERP software
