Branch Manager Job Description 1. Oversee day-to-day salon activities and operations by ensuring salon equipments and infra is working efficiently and in case of downtime keep it to a minimum 2. Manage employee shifts and ensure seamless service delivery by studying customer requirements, Peak times and seasonality 3. Ensure High levels of customer satisfaction by delivering delight full service experience and understanding voice of customer. 4. Create a welcoming, learning and nurturing environment for salon staff, identify latest salon styles, best practices, SOP’s, techniques, for customers to promote sales and services success. 5. Ensure that commercial targets are set, communicated to staff, and achieved on Service and retail category 6. Identify revenue leakages and plug them through cost cutting, consumable control etc measures 7. Motivate staff to ensure that high levels of discipline and ensure they are fully engaged, encourage teamwork 8. Ensure merchandising and visual standards are organized, clean and presentable 9. Manage end to end inventory control by managing Just in time purchase and ensure outlets are sufficiently stocked in consumables and retail products 10. Prepare purchase orders, receives deliveries, and issues stocks 11. Manage salon finances including invoice payments - maintaining accurate financial records 12. Address and resolve client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour 13.
