Job Description

Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Guide customers on SAP best practices for quick wins.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
Implement industry/corporate process improvements across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP).
Develop and assure quality of process models.
Perform feasibility studies/solution reviews and support pre-sales activities.
Lead and conduct requirement gathering workshops & trainings.
Demonstrate advanced/expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
Support escalated projects and contribute to the Business Process Library approach.
Act as a coach for colleagues and lead customer stakeholders in their digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP solution portfolio.
Engage in business blueprinting/requirement gathering, configuration/customizing, functional specification preparation, cut-over-planning, documentation, feasibility study, global roll-out, testing, training, and consulting.
